This Saturday Dallas Park and Recreation will host the 2nd Annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Approximately 400 volunteers are being recognized for their service. Twenty of those volunteers will receive the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. The Presidential Volunteer Service Award recognizes individuals, families, and groups who have given 500 or more hours of service over the last year.
Along with the ultimate honor of presidential recognition, recipients will receive a personalized certificate, an official pin and a congratulatory letter from the President of the United States. Thanks to all of our volunteers!
