Amateur Baseball All Stars Help TSRHC Patients

The North Texas Amateur Baseball League plays many of its games at Reverchon Park Ballfield and is a huge supporter of the park's closest neighbor, the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC).

On July 24th, in partnership with the Frisco Roughriders and Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS) the league will hold its Annual Charity All Star games at Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco. Proceeds benefit the TSRHC. The event features the area's best amateur baseball players from ages 18 and older beginning at 830AM and running throughout the day.

According the the Carry The Load website the 2016 Dallas Memorial "March" will be held Sunday, May 29th - Monday, 30th at Reverchon Park, Dallas.

It is Carry The Load's vision to restore the true meaning of Memorial Day by connecting Americans to the sacrifices of our military, law enforcement, firefighters and rescue personnel. The Dallas Memorial March provides an opportunity to walk for 20 hours and 16 minutes to remember, honor, and celebrate our nation's heroes. You can join in the Memorial March at any time during the 20 hours and walk even for just a few minutes. There is no fee to participate in Carry The Load.
