At 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2012, the Parade of Giants will promenade along Singleton Boulevard and across the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
According to the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce, these "giants" will be oversized, hand-carried figures of individuals who are (a) no longer living and (b) had a legendary impact on the history (or lore) of West Dallas. "Giants" can be good guys ... or bad guys.
A giant puppet of Julien Reverchon will be created and carried by the Friends of Refverchon Park.
