According to their newsletter, the Dallas Park and Recreation Department is hosting a free family-friendly health fair on Monday, Feb. 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fretz Recreation Center, 6950 Beltline Road. The fair is a one-stop shop for North Texans to get cutting-edge information that addresses critical health and social issues while connecting with area organizations that deliver a wide range of health resources.
The Methodist Health System Mobile Mammography Unit will offer screenings by appointment only from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call Methodist Health Connection prior to the fair at (214) 947-0026. For event information, call Fretz Recreation Center at (214) 670-6203.
